I’m usually the last to catch on to the trends. Razor scooters, Chuck Taylors, getting a job- I’m  usually the guy in that last 2.1 percent of standard deviation. That being said, I’m sure you’ve all discovered Google Translator by now. If you haven’t, it’s a site from Google where you can get a spoken translation for just about every language- Spanish, French, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, even some I didn’t know were their own languages, like Armenian. The possibilities of this new technology are endless; especially the entertainment possibilities. Here are some of my favorite translations. Feel free to comment with your own gems. And when in doubt, go with Dutch:

“I’ve killed a panda bear. I need a place to hide.” (best in Finnish)

“Skateboarding is badass.” (every Indo-European language)

“What homies are looking to get forties of O.E. tonight?” (best in Chinese)

“Do you have any Notorious B.I.G. albums? That is in poor taste.” (best in Dutch)

“That girl is mad foxy. You should spit some game at her.” (best in Italian)

“We’re going mudding down at the Sippy Hole. Y’all wanna go?” (best in Chinese and in Dutch)

“Don’t step to me, I got mad straps back in the whip.” (best in English)

That’s all I got right now, amigos.

Listen to This (in English): “B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad)- Outkast, “Weenie Beenie”- Foo Fighters, “New World Order”- Onesidezero
